During my recent stay at this lakeside hotel, I appreciated its prime location directly on the water, offering breathtaking views of the Borromean Islands. The enchanting position allowed for easy access to swimming and outdoor activities. the hotel provides free use of bicycles, which I took advantage of to explore the picturesque surroundings and immerse myself in the local culture. The staff were notably friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay more enjoyable. While the room was somewhat compact, measuring just 17 square meters, it was functional and offered necessary amenities. I did expect a mini fridge, which was substituted by a cooler instead. Breakfast and dinner showcased traditional Italian cuisine, and dining with such a lovely view was a highlight. This hotel strikes a decent balance between traditional charm and modern conveniences, making it a good value for travelers seeking a peaceful lakeside experience.
